Congratulations to David and Kathy Hobbs and their entire office, EXIT Realty Pinnacle Group, for achieving the #1 Market Share for listings for the month of June for all of Hunt County in Northeast Texas. “This is exceptional especially in light of the fact that EXIT Realty Pinnacle Group has only been opened since February of 2007”, according to Julie Boyd-Elrod, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Texas NE.

Another Successful 60 Minutes with EXIT
On June 21st, EXIT Realty Texas NE held another successful 60 Minutes with EXIT, followed by an Ice Cream Social at Bella Stanza in Arlington, Texas. Guest speaker Steve Morris, CEO and Founder of EXIT Realty Corp. International spoke in front of an intimate and eager group of realtors and brokers.
Julie Boyd-Elrod, Regional Owner, commented, “The response has been tremendous. This is not surprising since the message is so powerful and enticing in a marketplace ripe for change. Still seven recruits in just one day is amazing along with 4 potential franchisees from and more to come!”
EXIT Realty Corp. International is expected to pay out over $140 Million in single level residuals by the end of 2007.

Congratulations!

Loni has been recently published in Realtor Magazine, The San Francisco Chronicle, and The Real Estate Brokers Insider. Real Estate ReInvented Breakfast
We are very excited to announce the arrival of Steve Morris on February 6th. He will be speaking at our “Real Estate Re-Invented” breakfast. The breakfast starts at 7:30am and extends to 10:00am. It will be located at Park City Club at 5956 Sherry Lane in Dallas.
Please encourage your agents to invite at least one agent whom they would like to see in the EXIT system. In fact that is their ticket into the event. We had an idea of a contest you could run at your office. Who could bring the most agents to the event. It would be a great way to encourage your agents to sponsor. We do caution that we are looking for qualified agents to attend. We have regional sponsors for the event.
We will need you to stay in touch with us and update us on who your agents are that are attending and names of who they are bringing. Please call Brittanny with the information. We are counting on our offices to make this event great. We now have a minimum of 175 agents that have to attend or the region will be penalized. Ultimately this penalizes everyone in the region.
The race begins! Who can get the most agents, brokers and potential franchisees at this extra special event. After all we want to let Steve Morris know that we are putting northeast Texas on the EXIT map! The better the participation the greater the benefits for everyone.
